leoHR is supporting a confidential international manufacturing client in identifying a Human Resources Manager who will lead the HR function at site level and contribute to long-term organisational development.

Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Site Director and working closely with the HR leadership structure, the HR Manager will ensure the implementation of people strategies aligned with business priorities while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy the local HR strategy aligned with organisational objectives
• Act as a business partner for operational leaders and management committee members
• Ensure effective employee relations and a constructive industrial climate
• Coordinate recruitment strategy, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
• Manage performance cycles, compensation processes, and HR administration
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation
• Lead a multidisciplinary HR team and support capability development
• Participate in HR transformation and cross-functional projects

• Higher education degree (HR, Management or similar)
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including exposure to industrial/manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
